{"id":4050,"date":"2016-10-28T16:32:02","date_gmt":"2016-10-28T16:32:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.rdevs.nl\/efc\/kabeljauw-bruschetta\/"},"modified":"2025-08-23T19:19:42","modified_gmt":"2025-08-23T19:19:42","slug":"kabeljauw-bruschetta","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.rdevs.nl\/efc\/kabeljauw-bruschetta\/","title":{"rendered":"Kabeljauw bruschetta"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3> Ingredi\u00ebnten (voor 4 personen)<\/h3>\n<p> Voor de vis:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li> 600 gram (verse) kabeljauwfilet<\/li>\n<li> 1\/2 eetlepel olijfolie<\/li>\n<li> 1 handvol volkoren beschuit, verkruimeld<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Voor de bruschetta:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li> 2 grote tomaten<\/li>\n<li> 1 rode paprika<\/li>\n<li> 1 eetlepel citroensap<\/li>\n<li> 3 eetlepels verse of gedroogde peterselie en koriander<\/li>\n<li> 2 teentjes knoflook, fijngeperst<\/li>\n<li> 1 eetlepel olijfolie<\/li>\n<li> Peper<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Bereidingstijd: <em>10 minuten<\/em> voorbereiding en <em>18 minuten<\/em> oventijd<\/p>\n<h3> Bereidingswijze:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li> Verwarm de oven voor op <strong>180 graden Celsius<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li> Sprenkel wat <em>olijfolie<\/em> over beide kanten van de <em>kabeljauwfilets<\/em>.<\/li>\n<li> Haal de filets door de <em>verkruimelde beschuit<\/em>, zodat beide kanten goed bedekt zijn. Leg de vis vervolgens in een ovenschaal.<\/li>\n<li> Bak de vis in de voorverwarmde oven voor <strong>10 minuten<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li> Snijd de <em>tomaten<\/em> en <em>paprika<\/em> in kleine blokjes. Meng ze met het <em>citroensap<\/em>, <em>peterselie<\/em>, <em>koriander<\/em>, de <em>fijngeperste knoflook<\/em>, de <em>olijfolie<\/em> en <em>peper<\/em>.<\/li>\n<li> Haal de vis uit de oven. Verdeel het <em>bruschettamengsel<\/em> over de kabeljauwfilets.
