{"id":4069,"date":"2017-02-23T16:08:53","date_gmt":"2017-02-23T16:08:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.rdevs.nl\/efc\/gezonde-nasi-satesaus\/"},"modified":"2025-08-23T19:19:40","modified_gmt":"2025-08-23T19:19:40","slug":"gezonde-nasi-satesaus","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.rdevs.nl\/efc\/gezonde-nasi-satesaus\/","title":{"rendered":"Gezonde nasi (&#038; met sat\u00e9saus)"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3>Ingredi\u00ebnten (voor 2 personen)<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>150 gram zilvervliesrijst<\/li>\n<li>200 gram kipfilet<\/li>\n<li>1 paprika (of andere groenten, of een groentepakket naar keuze)<\/li>\n<li>Gesneden nasi groenten (zakje 250 gram)<\/li>\n<li>50 gram wortel<\/li>\n<li>75 gram (diepvries) doperwten<\/li>\n<li>1 ui<\/li>\n<li>1-2 teentjes knoflook<\/li>\n<li>1 theelepel sambal<\/li>\n<li>2 eetlepels ketjap manis<\/li>\n<li>Een beetje olie of bakboter (om te bakken)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Voor de sat\u00e9saus<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>100 ml halfvolle melk<\/li>\n<li>4 eetlepels pindakaas<\/li>\n<li>1 eetlepel ketjap manis<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 theelepel sambal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Bereidingstijd: <strong>25 minuten<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3>Bereidingswijze<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Snijd de kipfilet in stukjes en <em>marineer<\/em> deze in de ketjap manis en de sambal.<\/li>\n<li><em>Kook<\/em> de zilvervliesrijst volgens de aanwijzingen op de verpakking.<\/li>\n<li><em>Snijd<\/em> de ui, knoflook, de wortel en de paprika in stukjes.<\/li>\n<li>Doe een beetje olie of bakboter in een koekenpan en <em>bak<\/em> hierin de gemarineerde kipfilet, de ui en de knoflook even aan.<\/li>\n<li>Als de kip halfgaar is, doe je de wortel en de paprika erbij.<\/li>\n<li>Na ongeveer <strong>2 minuten<\/strong> kunnen de nasi groenten en doperwten erbij.<\/li>\n<li><em>Giet<\/em> tot slot de rijst af en voeg deze toe aan het groentemengsel en <em>roer<\/em> alles goed door elkaar. Eventueel kun je nog wat ketjap manis, sambal of kruiden naar keuze toevoegen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Sat\u00e9saus<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><em>Verwarm<\/em> 100 ml halfvolle melk in een pan en doe hier 4 eetlepels pindakaas bij.<\/li>\n<li><em>Roer<\/em> het door de melk en voeg een eetlepel ketjap manis en een halve theelepel sambal toe.<\/li>\n<li><em>Verwarm<\/em> nog even door en klaar is je pindasaus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ontdek onze heerlijke en makkelijke Gezonde nasi (&#038; met sat\u00e9saus)!
