{"id":4137,"date":"2017-12-29T09:05:28","date_gmt":"2017-12-29T09:05:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.rdevs.nl\/efc\/heerlijke-spinazie-stamppot\/"},"modified":"2025-08-23T19:19:29","modified_gmt":"2025-08-23T19:19:29","slug":"heerlijke-spinazie-stamppot","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.rdevs.nl\/efc\/heerlijke-spinazie-stamppot\/","title":{"rendered":"Heerlijke spinazie-stamppot"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3>Ingredi\u00ebnten (4-5 personen)<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>800 gram aardappelen (bewaar een deel van het kookvocht)<\/li>\n<li>900 <strong>gram<\/strong> diepvries spinazie (zonder \u00e0 la <strong>cr\u00e8me<\/strong>)<\/li>\n<li>15 zongedroogde tomaatjes (bewaar een scheutje olie)<\/li>\n<li>1 bol (125 gram) (lactosevrij) mozzarella<\/li>\n<li>Knoflookpoeder<\/li>\n<li>Italiaanse kruiden<\/li>\n<li>Peper en zout <strong>naar smaak<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Eventueel, ter garnering:<\/strong> pijnboompitjes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Bereidingstijd: <strong>25 minuten<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bereidingswijze<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Schil de aardappelen en kook ze in <strong>ongeveer 20 minuten<\/strong> gaar.<\/li>\n<li>Giet de aardappelen af, <em>bewaar een klein scheutje kookvocht<\/em> (let op: <strong>niet te veel<\/strong>, want het vocht van de spinazie komt ook in de pan terecht).<\/li>\n<li>Laat de <em>diepvries spinazie<\/em> in dezelfde pan ontdooien en <em>knijp overtollig vocht eruit<\/em>. Stamp vervolgens de <em>aardappelen<\/em> en de <em>spinazie<\/em> samen fijn tot een gladde stamppot.<\/li>\n<li>Snijd de <em>zongedroogde tomaatjes<\/em> en <em>mozzarella<\/em> in <strong>kleine stukjes<\/strong> en voeg deze toe aan de spinaziestamppot. Giet er vervolgens wat olie bij uit de pot van de zongedroogde tomaatjes.
