Op woensdag 19 september, ‘de Dag van de Di\u00ebtist’, verscheen het boek ‘Eet als een expert, party time’. Waar ook ik mijn plekje had gekregen met het recept ‘gevulde vegetarische champignons’. Deze Selderij- kerrie salade<\/em> heb ik bij een collega-di\u00ebtist geprobeerd en hij was heerlijk als lunchsalade<\/strong>!<\/p>\n

Ingredi\u00ebnten (4 personen)<\/h3>\n

  • 12 stengels bleekselderij<\/li>\n
  • 2 appels<\/li>\n
  • 2 el kerriepoeder<\/li>\n
  • 80 gram rozijnen<\/li>\n
  • 2 eetlepels<\/strong> mayonaise<\/li>\n
  • 100 gram pecannoten<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Bereidingstijd:<\/strong> 10 minuten<\/em><\/p>\n

    Bereidingswijze<\/h3>\n

    • Was de bleekselderij<\/strong> en snijd deze in halve maantjes. Schil de appel en snijd deze in dunne reepjes.<\/li>\n
    • Meng de gesneden bleekselderij<\/strong>, appelreepjes<\/strong>, kerriepoeder, rozijnen en mayonaise goed door elkaar<\/em>. Garneer<\/strong> de salade vervolgens met de pecannoten.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
