{"id":4201,"date":"2019-01-08T08:48:25","date_gmt":"2019-01-08T08:48:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.rdevs.nl\/efc\/1045-2\/"},"modified":"2025-08-23T19:19:18","modified_gmt":"2025-08-23T19:19:18","slug":"1045-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.rdevs.nl\/efc\/1045-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Nasi met bloemkool rijst"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3>Ingredi\u00ebnten (4 personen)<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>250 gram rundergehakt<\/li>\n<li>250 gram bloemkoolrijst<\/li>\n<li>1 zakje (250 gram) nasigroenten (of wortel, taug\u00e9, rode ui, witte kool)<\/li>\n<li>1 rode ui<\/li>\n<li>2 teentjes knoflook<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 theelepel sambal oelek (let op: niet te veel gebruiken)<\/li>\n<li>kruiden: gember, paprikapoeder, peper, koriander, komijnzaad, cayennepeper<\/li>\n<li>1 klein scheutje ketjap<\/li>\n<li>eventueel zout<\/li>\n<li>Boter of olijfolie, voor het bakken<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Bereidingstijd: <em>30 minuten<\/em><\/p>\n<h3>Bereidingswijze<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Snijd de groenten in kleine stukjes.<\/li>\n<li>Gebruik kant-en-klare bloemkoolrijst of maak deze zelf met een keukenmachine.<\/li>\n<li>Snijd de ui en knoflook fijn.
