{"id":4282,"date":"2020-10-13T06:53:48","date_gmt":"2020-10-13T06:53:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.rdevs.nl\/efc\/notengranola\/"},"modified":"2025-08-23T19:19:05","modified_gmt":"2025-08-23T19:19:05","slug":"notengranola","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.rdevs.nl\/efc\/notengranola\/","title":{"rendered":"Notengranola"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3>Ingredi\u00ebnten (voor 12 porties)<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>150 gram ongezouten noten<\/li>\n<li>25 gram sesamzaad<\/li>\n<li>25 gram zonnebloempitten<\/li>\n<li>25 gram pompoenpitten<\/li>\n<li>50 gram lijnzaad<\/li>\n<li>2 eetlepels kokosolie (ongekleurd)<\/li>\n<li>2 theelepels honing<\/li>\n<li>50 gram kokossnippers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Bereidingstijd: <strong>10 minuten<\/strong> en <strong>15 minuten<\/strong> oventijd<\/p>\n<h3>Bereidingswijze<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Verwarm de oven voor tot <strong>160 graden Celsius<\/strong>. Hak de noten <em>grof<\/em>. Meng in een kom de noten, sesamzaad, zonnebloempitten, pompoenpitten en lijnzaad.<\/li>\n<li>Smelt in een steelpan de <em>kokosolie<\/em> en <em>honing<\/em> en meng dit door het notenmengsel.<\/li>\n<li>Spreid het mengsel uit op een bakplaat die je met bakpapier hebt bekleed of in een ovenschaal. Rooster de granola ongeveer <strong>15 minuten<\/strong> in de oven. Let op dat het niet te bruin kleurt.
