{"id":4311,"date":"2021-02-16T19:26:22","date_gmt":"2021-02-16T19:26:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.rdevs.nl\/efc\/tonijnsalade-2\/"},"modified":"2025-08-23T19:19:02","modified_gmt":"2025-08-23T19:19:02","slug":"tonijnsalade-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.rdevs.nl\/efc\/tonijnsalade-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Tonijnsalade"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3>Ingredi\u00ebnten (2 personen)<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>175 gram doperwten (vers of diepvries)<\/li>\n<li>1 blikje tonijn in olijfolie<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 rode ui <em>fijn gesnipperd<\/em><\/li>\n<li>1 rode biet (voorgekookt of voorverpakt)<\/li>\n<li>1 appel in kleine stukjes<\/li>\n<li>Citroensap<\/li>\n<li>Peper en zout<\/li>\n<li>2 eetlepels extra vierge olijfolie<\/li>\n<li>1 eetlepel volle yoghurt of mayonaise<\/li>\n<li>2 handjes veldsla<\/li>\n<li>Dille naar smaak<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Bereidingstijd: <em>20 minuten<\/em><\/p>\n<h3>Bereidingswijze<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Breng een pan water aan de kook en kook de erwten <em>1 minuut<\/em>.<\/li>\n<li>Snijd de <em>appel<\/em>, <em>rode biet<\/em> en <em>rode ui<\/em> fijn.<\/li>\n<li>Meng het blikje tonijn met de erwten, appel, rode biet en rode ui en voeg hier het citroensap, peper en zout toe. Meng alles <em>goed<\/em> door elkaar.<\/li>\n<li>Voeg er nog een beetje <em>yoghurt of mayonaise<\/em> aan toe.
