{"id":4334,"date":"2021-09-13T15:59:02","date_gmt":"2021-09-13T15:59:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.rdevs.nl\/efc\/quinoa-salade\/"},"modified":"2025-08-23T19:18:59","modified_gmt":"2025-08-23T19:18:59","slug":"quinoa-salade","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.rdevs.nl\/efc\/quinoa-salade\/","title":{"rendered":"Quinoa salade"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3>Ingredi\u00ebntenlijst (2 personen)<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>2 kleine broccoli&#8217;s<\/li>\n<li>120 gram quinoa<\/li>\n<li>25 gram walnoten<\/li>\n<li>2 appels<\/li>\n<li>240 gram kikkererwten<\/li>\n<li>1 ruime eetlepel tahini<\/li>\n<li>2 theelepels mosterd<\/li>\n<li>sap van een halve citroen<\/li>\n<li>100 gram veldsla<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Bereidingstijd: <em>25 minuten<\/em><\/p>\n<h3>Bereidingswijze<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Was de broccoli&#8217;s en snijd ze in stukken (bewaar de stam, bijvoorbeeld om later toe te voegen aan een soep, zoals courgettesoep; de stam bevat namelijk ook veel <em>vitaminen en mineralen<\/em>). Kook de broccoli <strong>5-10 minuten<\/strong> in een beetje water.<\/li>\n<li>Kook de <em>quinoa<\/em> volgens de <em>bereidingswijze op de verpakking<\/em>.<\/li>\n<li>Was de <em>appels<\/em> en snijd ze in kleine stukjes.<\/li>\n<li>Spoel de <em>kikkererwten<\/em> af en laat ze uitlekken in een vergiet.<\/li>\n<li>Voeg in een kom de <em>appels<\/em>, <em>walnoten<\/em> en <em>kikkererwten<\/em> toe. Voeg hierbij de <em>tahini<\/em>, <em>citroensap<\/em> en <em>mosterd<\/em> en meng alles goed door elkaar. Voeg er vervolgens de <em>veldsla<\/em> aan toe.<\/li>\n<li>Voeg als laatste de <em>quinoa<\/em> en <em>broccoli<\/em> toe.
