{"id":4351,"date":"2022-01-18T22:10:59","date_gmt":"2022-01-18T22:10:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.rdevs.nl\/efc\/vegetarische-shoarma-couscoussalade\/"},"modified":"2025-08-23T19:18:57","modified_gmt":"2025-08-23T19:18:57","slug":"vegetarische-shoarma-couscoussalade","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.rdevs.nl\/efc\/vegetarische-shoarma-couscoussalade\/","title":{"rendered":"Vegetarische shoarma couscoussalade"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3>Ingredi\u00ebnten (2 personen)<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>100 gram volkorencouscous<\/li>\n<li>100 gram kwark\/yoghurt (eventueel soja gebruiken als je er een veganistische vervanger van wilt maken)<\/li>\n<li>1 eetlepel gedroogde (of verse) dille<\/li>\n<li>2 eetlepels citroensap<\/li>\n<li>1 teentje knoflook<\/li>\n<li>peper en zout naar smaak<\/li>\n<li>12 cherrytomaten<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 rode ui<\/li>\n<li>1 komkommer<\/li>\n<li>1 paprika<\/li>\n<li>12 olijven<\/li>\n<li>240 gram gekookte kikkererwten (of neem een zak van HAK en laat de kikkererwten even uitlekken)<\/li>\n<li>1 eetlepel olijfolie of kokosolie<\/li>\n<li>1 eetlepel \u2018pita shoarmakruiden\u2019 van Jonnie de Boer<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Bereidingstijd: <strong>30 minuten<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3>Bereidingswijze<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Bereid de couscous <em>volgens de aanwijzingen op de verpakking<\/em>.<\/li>\n<li>Meng ondertussen voor de dressing de kwark\/yoghurt met dille en citroensap in een kom.<\/li>\n<li>Rasp de helft van de komkommer grof. Doe de rasp in een fijne zeef met daaronder een kom. Druk met de bolle kant van een lepel het vocht eruit en voeg de uitgeknepen komkommer toe aan de kwark\/yoghurt. Pers de knoflook uit en voeg toe. Meng alles goed door elkaar en breng op smaak met peper en zout. <em>Zet de dressing in de koelkast.<\/em> (Drink eventueel het sap van de komkommer op of verwerk het in een smoothie.)<\/li>\n<li>Snijd de cherrytomaten in vieren en de ui in <em>zeer dunne ringen<\/em>. Snijd de andere helft van de komkommer en de paprika in kleine stukjes en de olijven in plakjes. Voeg de groenten en de olijven toe aan de couscous.<\/li>\n<li>Giet de kikkererwten af en dep ze droog met keukenpapier. Verhit de olijfolie of kokosolie in een koekenpan en voeg de kikkererwten en de \u2018pita shoarma\u2019 kruiden toe. Bak de kikkererwten in <strong>enkele minuten krokant<\/strong>. Voeg ze toe aan de couscous met groenten.
