{"id":4359,"date":"2022-04-11T19:52:24","date_gmt":"2022-04-11T19:52:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.rdevs.nl\/efc\/frittata-met-spinazie\/"},"modified":"2025-08-23T19:18:56","modified_gmt":"2025-08-23T19:18:56","slug":"frittata-met-spinazie","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.rdevs.nl\/efc\/frittata-met-spinazie\/","title":{"rendered":"Frittata met spinazie"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3>Ingredi\u00ebnten (voor 2 personen)<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Wat olijfolie of ghee<\/li>\n<li>50 gram biologische spekblokjes (voor een vegetarische variant, gebruik dan wat geraspte kaas en voeg dit toe aan het <em>ei-spinaziemengsel<\/em>)<\/li>\n<li>1 rode peper<\/li>\n<li>1 zak (biologische) spinazie (200 gram)<\/li>\n<li>4 eieren<\/li>\n<li>1 bosje peterselie (of 1 eetlepel gedroogde peterselie)<\/li>\n<li>Zout en peper naar smaak<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Bereidingstijd: <strong>10 minuten<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3>Bereidingswijze<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Bak de spekblokjes <strong>krokant<\/strong> in wat olijfolie of ghee en haal ze uit de pan.<\/li>\n<li>Bak in <em>dezelfde pan<\/em> de spinazie kort totdat deze geslonken is en haal deze eruit. Knijp er voorzichtig overtollig vocht uit.<\/li>\n<li>Klop intussen de <strong>4 eieren<\/strong> los. Voeg de gebakken spinazie en spekblokjes toe.<\/li>\n<li>Snijd de <strong>rode peper<\/strong> <em>fijn<\/em> en hak de <strong>peterselie<\/strong>. Voeg beide toe aan het eimengsel en breng op smaak met <strong>zout en peper<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Verhit <em>opnieuw<\/em> wat olijfolie of ghee in de pan.
