Je kunt deze ook <em>achterwege laten<\/em> en de muffinholtes invetten met wat <em>roomboter<\/em>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Bereidingstijd: <em>15 minuten<\/em>, oventijd: <em>25 minuten<\/em><\/p>\n<h3>Bereidingswijze<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Verwarm de oven voor op <strong>200 graden Celsius<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Hak de <em>walnoten<\/em> fijn en snijd de <em>chocolade<\/em> in stukjes.<\/li>\n<li>Weeg het <em>amandelmeel<\/em> af en voeg daar de <em>2 eieren<\/em>, het <em>zout<\/em> en het <em>bakpoeder<\/em> aan toe. Meng alles <strong>goed<\/strong> door elkaar.<\/li>\n<li>Voeg er vervolgens de <em>kwark<\/em> aan toe en meng <strong>alles goed<\/strong> door.<\/li>\n<li>Zodra het een egaal geheel is, voeg dan het <em>fruit<\/em> (blauwe bessen\/frambozen), de <em>noten<\/em> en de <em>pure chocolade<\/em> toe. Verdeel het beslag vervolgens over de <strong>8 vormpjes<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Zet de vormpjes in de voorverwarmde oven en bak de muffins in <strong>25 minuten<\/strong> goudbruin en gaar.<\/li>\n<li>Eet smakelijk!<\/li>\n<li>Deze muffins zijn heerlijk bij de <strong>lunch of het ontbijt<\/strong>.
