Roer <em>regelmatig goed door<\/em>.<\/li>\n<li> Prak in de tussentijd de banaan <em>fijn<\/em> (of gebruik de wortelrasp) en voeg samen met de kokosolie toe.<\/li>\n<li> Wanneer het geheel <em>warm is<\/em> en een <em>papje is geworden<\/em>, schep het dan in een bakje.<\/li>\n<li> Maak af met de <em>noten<\/em>, de <em>rozijnen<\/em> (spoel deze eventueel schoon) en de <em>kaneel of speculaaskruiden<\/em>.<\/li>\n<li> Geniet van dit heerlijke ontbijt!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Begin je dag perfect met dit heerlijke Havermout ontbijtje!
